Requirements to Join Team BC

Leadership

- Over 30 transactions a year

- Licensed for 2+ years

- Proficient sales skills

- Willing to take on and build agents

- Be coachable

- Willing to commit to 2x a week trainings

- Active and proficient in social media marketing

- Willing to travel to team masterminds 2x a year

- Must be a part of distinguished agent

- Minimum 30 contacts a day

- Must have business plan, schedule and systems in place

 

Agent

- On track to close 12 transactions or have already closed 12 transactions

- Willing to do traditional real estate cold calling and door knocking

- Must commit to 3team trainings and 2 team role plays per week

- Must be coachable

- Full time

- Willing to travel to team masterminds 2x a year

- Must be a part of distinguished agent

- Minimum 30 contacts a day
